Dear All

Just filling in the gap to clear the air about questions on whether the procedures and steps of my baking and decorating process is HALAL..

As mentioned, I can't say whether my procedures are HALAL or not because I don't really know how the procedures are.

What I do know is that, I don't mix any cake stuff, utensils, baking cups, spoons, spatula, scraper, decorating sets, etc.. with anything that is deemed unwise to do and I also have a separate oven just to bake my cuppies...

Also mentioned that all my items are bought locally and therefore does not contain anything that is not "worthy" to be mixed with..

I do have family who are Muslims; cousins, uncles & aunties.. So I do know a thing or two about the religion and the importance of eating "HALAL" food...

A majority of my customers are Muslims and they have put great trust with me and in me in handling the cuppies.. and I wouldn't jeopardize in any way this passion of mine; baking...

I will continue to strive for my baking passion and assure you that I take great precaution when it comes to my baking and decorating..

If I have offended anyone in my explanation above, please do accept my sincere apologies... and if there are more questions to be asked, please feel free to email me or call me and I will explain further..
